Healing the Root of Emotional Eating
Tanja is a Chronic Pain and Burnout Mentor for women entrepreneurs. When the pandemic hit, she launched her first business as an online German teacher, but soon faced burnout that led to debilitating fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease, gut issues, emotional eating, and a long list of symptoms that left her bedridden for much of 2021 and 2022. Through her personal journey, Tanja immersed herself in the mind-body healing world, ultimately healing all her symptoms. She got certified in trauma-informed healing, solution-focused life coaching, and all-around somatic healing. Now, she empowers others to heal their chronic symptoms, overcome burnout, and feel like themselves again.
